AANA – The Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) is the peak national body championing the interests of Australia’s advertisers. 

The Creative Collective was engaged to elevate RESET, AANA’s flagship annual event, across its social media channels, drive excitement amongst its target audience and build relationships with event attendees and partners. 

The Creative Collective set up a social media office at RESET with a team of two Social Media Consultants who teamed up with Sydney-based production company, The Story Mill, to capture and publish quality, engaging content in real time live from the event. Over a six day period (pre-, during and post-event), we prepared and scheduled a total of 97 posts across four channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram). 

This included 16 stories across Facebook and Instagram. In just six days a total of 134 new followers were generated for the company’s LinkedIn page, and a further 148 new followers were generated for the company’s Facebook page.

Locate – We worked on this annual spatial national conference to modernise their brand and website, and also to market the events online and in person components via PR activities, regular social media posting and boosting across Linkedin, Twitter & Facebook, Linkedin Outreach, Monthly EDMs, Facebook Ads + Google Ads.

  • Newcastle Show – As one of the largest regional shows in Australia, the show strives to create memories across generations and bring communities together through fun, education and entertainment. The Newcastle Show engaged The Creative Collective to provide multi-channel marketing services to raise awareness of, launch and drive attendance to its 121st event. Through our targeted PR efforts we successfully built hype and awareness and drove attendance.
  • Beef Australia – Australia’s largest conference with over 100,000 delegates held in Rockhampton every 3 years. We ran all their social media advertising campaigns and won an award with the Australian Marketing Institute for our work as attendance was up 15%.
  • Facebook Community Boost – x5 events organised and marketed on behalf of Facebook Australia around regional Queensland as part of Queensland Small Business Week
  • Fearless – A multi-day conference held on the Sunshine Coast to start the conversation on the important topic of PTSD. We did the conference website, and marketing campaign over a period of six months.
  • Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards – held in Sydney, Australia one year. Our involvement included coordinating event details such as venue selection, menu selection, VIP invite list, MC for the evening, videographers, photographers and more.
