What is a Marketing Communications Plan?

What is the process of developing a marketing plan with our help?
Which ever package you select from the packages on offer below (and we can also design custom packages), we will commence with a briefing session between your key team members and ours. At this session we will seek to gain an understanding of the marketing aspects of your business, and the business as a whole too.
We’ll ask a lot of questions using our tried and tested formulas for identifying marketing opportunities, documenting all key points, and working out where we will need to go deeper as part of our work by conducting market research on your industry in general, your competitors, or other aspects which may help shape your strategy and help us advise you on your position in the market.
Following the briefing we will get to work on preparing a strategic marketing/communications plan of varying length subject to the package you choose.
This may see us consult with other team members subject to the marketing disciplines we think your business will gain the most benefit from before articulating this into a professional document.
Finally we will present the plan to you or submit the document to you to comment on digitally before finalising the plan.

Why do I have to pay for the marketing plan service upfront?
Following the initial briefing session, we get immediately to work. Once we have completed our market research, audits and the development of the plan and present you the draft, the majority of the work is done. For this reason we kindly request your payment upfront. We also have strong demand for our services, and your payment ensures your work is booked into our production schedule.
How involved do I have to be in the development of the marketing plan?
We aim to take all of the hard work out of the development of your marketing plan and as such, the only involvement required will be attending the initial briefing session and providing any requested items thereafter, and being present at the presentation of the draft plan, or providing feedback digitally having consulted with the rest of your team. You are welcome to provide other documentation or items you think will be valuable in building our understanding of your business in advance of the first session.
How long does it take to turn around a marketing plan?
Our availability and turn around times for a marketing plan are subject to our current workload. At times our consultants are in high demand and sessions may be booked 2-3 weeks ahead of time. At other times, we may have someone available to meet with you within the week. We will always do our best to accommodate your timeframes where possible.

Full payment upfront is required to commence the work.
The above costs apply if session is held at our office or online. Add mileage at an ATO rate of 0.66 per km if we travel to you or + flights + accommodation where relevant. This will only be booked in consultation with you.
