We were early adopters of social media, first establishing on social networks in 2008 and commencing with assisting clients with their social media set up, strategies and training in 2009. We were also one of the first to offer chatbot services such as chatbot competitions, which we continue to run very successfully to this day. 

Two of our team were official Facebook Community Trainers from 2019 to 2021, wearing the Facebook tshirt and delivering training in Facebook’s family of apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and the Audience Content Network) to thousands of small businesses in Australia both in person and online.

Some of our team hold Meta certifications, and we regularly engage in training with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other networks direct, and you will benefit from that experience too.

The people we can target will generally far outweigh the number of likes or followers you have on your page (which we call vanity metrics).

The Creative Collective is a data driven agency, and we will discuss what metrics matter to you and then establish you with a relevant and real time marketing dashboard to effectively measure and report on your results across all marketing channels we are engaged to work on. For instance for social media we may track page growth, engagement, reach; whereas for social media ads we might track clicks, impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates, and more. We provide regular reports and hold monthly meetings to keep you informed of your campaign’s performance. As an agency we also use a real time dashboard.
