If you have built a website with us we will include a training and handover session with our package, however, sometimes you may require a follow-up training session or have a website someone else created that you need assistance with.

Either way, we are happy to help. We offer website training in Shopify and WordPress and can offer you beginning-level training to get you started right through to advanced sites.

Ready to start your website training

You will need to have an existing website in place for us to train you, and the correct log-ins to the back end. If you would like us to install WordPress on some hosting with a basic theme, ready to train you on how to populate it, that is also something we can accommodate for a small fee.

Our training can be conducted online, or face-to-face if you are in close proximity to our Newcastle or Sunshine Coast offices. Training sessions can be one hour or two hours in duration, or for small groups or in-depth training, we recommend a half day to a full day. For all of our training clients, we will contact you before the training to confirm an agenda, ensuring everything you want to learn is covered.

The types of things we can train on include at a basic level giving you an orientation around the back end of your chosen platform (WordPress or Shopify), how to create a new page, how to edit an existing page, how to upload and insert images or videos, or at a more advanced level how to install plugins and test them.

If there are some items that you discover are too technical or time-consuming to handle yourself, you can also engage us on one of our Website Maintenance & Support packages. You can also check out any upcoming events or webinars we have listed here.
