Cohen Handler are Australia’s leading Property Buyer’s Agency with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth & Brisbane. If they sound familiar, that may be because Cohen Handler’s founder, Simon Cohen is co-host on Luxe Listings; a real estate lifestyle reality show filmed in Sydney and streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
Cohen Handler provides a diverse range of services including Buyers Agents and Buyers Advocacy, Property Management, Auction Bidding & Sales Advisory and have been leading in this space since 2009.
In February of 2022, the marketing team reached out to The Creative Collective to revamp their website, with the objective to launch a new cutting edge design before the launch of Luxe Listings Season 2 which was airing 1 April. The existing website was light on content, difficult to navigate and aesthetically didn’t match the look and feel they felt represented their brand.
With no time to spare given the deadline, the team embarked on a reskin of the existing site, layering it with a brand new custom WordPress theme, designed by The Creative Collective. The site is also hosted by The Creative Collective, and additional hosting resources were allocated to ensure that the site could handle the influx of traffic likely to trigger from the airing of Season 2 of the show (as the client experienced in Season 1). The outcome is a beautiful new site, with all the flexibility for the client to easily edit the site, add projects/portfolio items and generally design sharp web pages which are on-brand.
