In April 2018 we were engaged by Stellarossa to deliver a 1.5 hour presentation to all of their franchisees at their annual conference in Brisbane. The aim of the presentation was to help their franchisees understand social media and how to use it better to promote their various locations.
In August 2018, we were engaged again by the company to deliver a 4.5 hour presentation to 3 staff members at the company’s head office in Brisbane. The agenda included some specific requests for clarity on social media items, but for the overall outcome being to create a Social Media Strategy for their business. We were able to provide them with a strategy, action plan and implementation plan to follow post training and the company continue to call on us to this day for advice.
We completed a photo shoot of their head office + key dishes + one of their 22 franchised stores, and are currently engaged to conduct a new photo shoot of a site per month + a quarterly ‘new menu’ shoot each month in Brisbane + to prepare and schedule all their head office social media posts (Facebook + Instagram). This involved us completely overhauling the look & feel of each channel prior to our commencement, unifying and professionalising the look + adding highlights etc. on instagram.
We also undertook a social media competition through Gleam to assist Stellarossa in launching their new summer menu. This competition lasted for a month (18th November – 18th December 2020) and announced a new winner each week. These winners received a $100 Food and Drinks Voucher for any Stellarossa store.
Entrants were prompted to visit the competition website, fill in their name, email address, mobile number and preferred Stellarossa location. Users were also able to share the competition with friends for extra points.
In the competition period, we achieved:
· 261 new Facebook followers
· Reaching over 25,000 people a day for certain periods of the competition
· 18,350 Facebook users reached with 1,069 engagements on the competition post
· 322 link clicks and 399 profile clicks on the competition post
· 921 entry actions from 328 unique users
These results are outstanding for Stellarossa and allow the franchise to conduct more targeted marketing campaigns in the future. This competition also provided greater brand awareness, reach and engagement to the business Facebook page which can be used to convert audiences into customers in the coming months. It was a pleasure to work with Stellarossa HQ and we look forward to continuing our social media management with them in 2021.
