SENOA is an up and coming, Australian made and sourced, natural skin care brand. The brand uses a range of powerful berries that act as the main ingredients in their products that aim to repair, hydrate and nurture the body. SENOA hopes to impact women around the world by clarifying the importance of self-love through body care, no matter your size, shape, colour or race.
After engaging with our social media management services for a few months, SENOA approached us in August 2020 to produce a social media competition that could be incorporated on both their Facebook and Instagram platforms.
After consulting with the client, The Creative Collective produced a competition through Gleam which allowed entrants to complete a number of tasks to gain entry points. Examples of tasks included following SENOA on Instagram and signing up to their mailing list.
As part of this package, we collaborated with the owner and their existing brand style guide to produce a number of engaging, animated social media posts as part of the competition’s social media strategy. This also included countdown stories and winner announcement posts.
Overall, we were able to create extremely positive results for the brand. Total Instagram followers grew by 92%, almost doubling the account following in a matter of weeks. Audience reach, post likes and story views also approximately doubled during this time.
The Creative Collective also boosted two Facebook posts that saw extremely positive results. The boosted posts reached a total of 91,000 online users with 5,642 and 6,263 users actively engaging with each post respectively. The cost per video play was also extremely low, meaning the boosts were cost efficient.
Overall, this competition provided great results for a small business looking to increase brand awareness and online following. We loved working with SENOA and wish them the best of luck with their upcoming product launch!
