The Creative Collective was tasked with researching and copywriting property data, sales results and infrastructure development news as a Information Memorandum for potential investors. A series of credible sources were scoured for data that could be incorporated into the series of x8 suburb reports which would help sell suburbs as growth areas for investors and ultimately provide them with Property Development ‘due-diligence’ on a platter.
We also completed graphic design work for this Property Development client to create stylish and informative assets. This project involved creating a master template and identity for both a 20 page report and summarised 4 page brochure.
The template was then used, along with a unique theme, to develop identities for seven other areas. Each area’s profile carried the look and feel of the master template, with a unique colour code and imagery to fuse it as part of the series.
The Creative Collective was contracted for the research, copywriting, design and printing of these profiles.
