Recruit Now – Social Media Management

Recruit Now is the premier recruitment company, providing expertise in temporary, contract and permanent recruitment across the Newcastle, Central Coast and Hunter Valley regions. They are a proud team with passion, diligence, energy and professionalism from start to finish.

In June 2020, The Creative Collective team were engaged by Recruit Now to provide social media management services. These services include content creation and platform management for Facebook and LinkedIn, including Facebook stories. We also created a brand new banner for the Recruit Now LinkedIn page.

Since then, we have implemented a regular content calendar, including links to recent job listings as well as helpful information for job seekers and employers looking to hire new staff.

So far, we have seen excellent results with Recruit Now audience numbers across both platforms almost reaching 2000 users. Total engagement and quality of engagement has also increased across both platforms since we began managing their social media channels.

Overall, we are very proud of the work we have done for Recruit Now and can’t wait to see them continue to thrive in the coming months.
