Professionals Sandgate – Social Media Management
Professionals Sandgate based in Brisbane are a family business of three generations and have been in operation for over 40 years. With many members of staff being born and bred in the local area, the team claim to ‘know the area like the back of their hand’ and are passionate about their local community.
Offering both property management and real estate sales, Professional’s Sandgate recognised that they were not keeping their Facebook page up to date, and were too busy to do so. They contracted us on our Social Media Starter posting & boosting package to promote their fast moving available rentals, land and property for sale. We take care of all of their outgoing social media posts, so they can get on with fielding enquiries and matching tenants and buyers to properties.
Just one month into posting on the page, we saw some exceptional uplift in their Facebook page metrics. Though the page only had 180 likes to begin with, through strategic boosting we were reaching much larger audiences in month 1, as high as 1.5k!
Just one paid post we made resulted in 34 messaging conversations about currently listed properties.
In month 1 we also generated 618 clicks through to the website for a single property listing.
