Medical Skin Solutions was established in 2014 at the Paradise Point Family Medical Centre on the Gold Coast in Queensland. All of the laser procedures were administered by laser technician, Kristen, who is Queensland Radiation Certified. Having taken over the practice, Kristen was keen to rename the business and get a new and professional brand to go with it. Kristen’s point of difference is that the clinic has medical practitioners on-hand to consult on skin issues or further concerns that may need addressing prior to treatment. This also allows the administration of high-strength numbing agents and healing creams, if required.
Their reputation on providing information and professional customer service is complimented by their experience in using the latest in laser skin technology, the Picosure laser Machine by Cynosure. The Picosure machine uses Pressurewave Technology, as opposed to Nanosecond technology, which provides better results with less discomfort.

We were pleased to work with Point Laser to achieve a more professional looking brand and brand style guide with a simple monochrome palette and a subtle beige giving it a classic and timeless feel.
The client then engaged us for several months of search engine optimisation work which saw her website improve its position on Google dramatically, to a point the client was able to sell her business for an increased value given the professional look and feel of the new brand and the high rankings of the website.
