Formerly known as Get Set Footwear, Zilba are specialists in the leisure and lifestyle shoe retail market appealing to people who love comfy, unique and quality footwear. Based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, they currently have two stores in Noosaville and Caloundra.

The new owners of Get Set Footwear, who had recently purchased the business, engaged The Creative Collective to assist in relaunching under a new name and visual brand. They had acquired the business from successful previous owners who had operated it for over a decade, with two stores and an online presence. Starting with a comprehensive Solid Strategy Session, our collaboration with Zilba’s new owners resulted in the development of a strong brand strategy and the birth of their new name, Zilba.

We crafted a style guide and visual brand that aligned with their vision and values, providing a cohesive and compelling brand identity for them to confidently move into the next phase of their business journey. The launch of Zilba coincided with the opening of their new store, where the interiors and signage beautifully showcased their new brand aesthetic. With a fresh brand identity and strong foundations in place, Zilba is well-positioned to engage customers, foster loyalty and pursue their expansion plans on the Sunshine Coast and beyond.

We later worked on their Shopify eCommercewebsite, supported by a separate warehouse facility in Caloundra that acts as a pick and pack service. This solid backend makes the online component of the business very methodical and process driven. Since taking the eCommerce footwear website site live, there has been a noticeable increase in online revenue with the new website, with an increase in conversion of 26% in the first month.
