Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW)

The Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) is a central content and distribution platform for the Australian tourism industry who were looking for a customised training program. Whilst most clients we deal with are short on content and need to find ways to create it, ATDW’s problem was quite the opposite – how to organise all the content they deal in and distribute it in the most efficient and effective manner.

The Training Collective stepped in with a customised training program for the ATDW team. We mixed it up with half-day and full-day sessions, all held in the ATDW offices in Brisbane. In our customised training program for ATDW we covered everything from nailing Social Media Strategy to making the most of LinkedIn and Facebook, along with some deep dives into Content Strategy. The goal was to give the ATDW crew the skills they needed to wrangle all that content and get it seen by the right people.

We also teamed up with ATDW to create a special training module called “Managing Your Social Media Risk.” This handy guide is now part of their super popular eKit for tourism operators, helping them navigate the tricky waters of social media without getting in hot water. This invaluable resource, seamlessly integrated into ATDW’s widely acclaimed eKit for tourism operators, and equips industry professionals with the tools and know-how to navigate the complexities of social media with confidence and prudence, safeguarding their online reputation in the process.

With our help, ATDW has become a pro at handling their content overload, making sure it gets where it needs to go. And by staying on top of social media risks, they’re keeping their reputation shiny in the digital world.
