Caloundra Livestock Transport is a business offering the horse industry reliable and frequent livestock transportation. The company primarily transports horses to clients requested destinations both locally and interstate. They have a wide range of delivery services which include weekly and overnight deliveries. As the company does not operate on a set delivery schedule, Caloundra Livestock Transport are able to cater to the clients requested timetable.
After consultation with Caloundra Livestock Transport, The Creative Collection were requested to assist the digital branding of their company. While we were tasked with a website update, our team advised the client that it would be cheaper and more efficient to build a new one from scratch as their old website had aged considerably. In early 2021, we completed the redesign and build of the company’s original website. As part of this service, we also tweaked the client’s logo as a value add.
These activities allowed Caloundra Livestock Transport to better communicate their services to their clients as the website is now much easier to navigate. The revamped website is now streamlined to provide the important and relevant information for clients to easily access along with providing a simple way for clients to get in contact.
With this revamp, Caloundra Livestock Transport were able to significantly increase their online customer service channels and simplify client to company contact by eliminating unnecessary information cluttering their original website.
