AVAILABLE DIGITAL SKILLS TRAINING FORMATS
BYO LAPTOP / DEVICE TRAINING
Key markets: Startups, small to medium businesses, marketing/comms employees
Generally offered as a minimum two hour, half day or full day format, we offer these BYO Laptop/Device sessions publicly in many of the major cities of Australia. The sessions are hands on and interactive where participants work through a set course outline where ever you train with us in Australia. Participants love these intimate sessions where they leave having achieved something and gain greater confidence by applying what they learn, as they learn.
See our upcoming publicly offered sessions here: www.thecreativecollective.com.au/events.

PRIVATE CLIENT TRAINING
Main target market/attendees: Franchise networks, corporates + Government/Councils, some SMEs
We offer customised, behind closed door two hour, half day and full day workshops on request to many organisations across Australia.
The organisation we are training generally contacts us with a requirement for digital skills training for a set group and with a set objective, and sometimes suggestions on the proposed agenda. We will then work with them to create a customised and realistic agenda to achieve desired outcomes. These sessions are generally held at the client’s place of business in a boardroom or training room.

CONSULTS
Main target market/attendees: Startups, SMEs, Corporates
We offer one on one in person or online consults for businesses wishing to meet with one of our consultants dotted around Australia to discuss a specific agenda, or to be provided specific training within a 2 hour period. The consults are available for 1-3 people only and for discussion of one brand only, otherwise we would divert the customer to our client training option (see above).
These sessions are held at our Sunshine Coast or Newcastle offices, the client’s place of business, or online.

SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
Main target market/attendees: Franchise conferences, industry & Government/Council run conferences & events
Our trainers are often called on to give keynote presentations (generally 30 minutes to 1 hour in duration) through to 2 hour workshops as part of public & private events.
Our most in demand speaker is our founder Yvette Adams who is also listed with several of Australia’s leading speaking bureaus, through who we also receive regular bookings.

ONLINE MODULES & PROGRAMS
Main target market/attendees: A variety – startups & SMEs through to Government agencies buying multi-licences for their staff to up-skill
We currently have x38 online modules available for $49.95 per module on a wide variety of digital skills topics. Some of these modules are grouped into mini courses (generally 2-3 modules) on set topics i.e. social media, SEO etc. as well as online programs (generally 10-12 modules) available for $495. We also have the ability for people to buy a monthly subscription which gives them access to all of our online courses.
All attendees of our online courses receive an online certificate on completion, and many list these on their education/courses section of their Linkedin Profile, with our organisation fast being recognised as a quality provider of quality and up to date training, which is not offered elsewhere.

WEBINARS
Main target market/attendees: A variety – startups, marketing employees, SMEs, right through to corporate and Government workers.
We have held lunchtime webinar sessions on a variety of digital skills topics since 2009, on average monthly. Topics are generally driven by trends or to provide updates coming out of the major social networks, or in the digital space which affect us greatly.
These sessions serve as a professional development opportunity for our teams, are an opportunity to showcase our trainers and their knowledge and also act as a thought leading and lead generation exercise for our company.
All registrants receive the recording post session, whether they attend or not.
In recent years we have been commissioned by organisations to develop and deliver webinars as part of a year long program.
Organisations we are currently working together with on this basis include:
- Connecting Up – x10 webinars per year aimed at the Not for Profit sector
- APPA – Australasian Promotional Products Association (APPA) – x4 webinars per year
- Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP) – x5 webinars per year + x4 workshops

TESTIMONIALS FROM OUR TRAINING CLIENTS

“A jargon free, relevant and helpful introduction to social media”

My personal favourite presentation of the day was listening to Yvette Adams from The Creative Collective talking about Marketing in the Digital Age. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one in the room who felt a little “out of the loop” when it comes to things like Facebook and Twitter. Yvette certainly opened my eyes up to how using social media can help to market my business but also improve and enhance my communication with my existing clients.” – Speech Pathologists Queensland Annual Conference

I thought I knew a few things about social media, but my mind was blown during the session. My eyes have been opened up to the amazing opportunities we’ve been missing out on for our business!
