FotoJet is a free online photo editor, collage maker and graphic designer that allows you to edit photos and create collages and designs easily. It’s a web app that could potentially be a great resource and tool for social media managers, bloggers and vloggers.
With a user friendly interface it is easy to sign up for your account giving options to use your Facebook login, Google login or create your own using your email address.
Once you have created a log in it’s time to get creative! There are several design options including your classics such as flyers, cards and posters as well as your generic social media options for cover photos and posts.
The range of images, clipart and font options are endless with an array of beautiful templates at the ready. Of course, the option to add your own photos is there from your computer, Facebook or simply do a stock photo search via Pixabay (A site with hundreds of thousands of photos and clipart free to use for any purpose).
Once you have the image and font you want on your project, you have the ability to make edits with features such as changing effects, layers, rotating and flipping and making duplicate copies.
On completion, you can name your project and save it as a JPG or PNG and at a low, medium or high resolution to your computer. There is also an option to share via social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Pinterest. Or simply print it out as needed.
What you need to know:
You’ll need the most-up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player to use FotoJet if you work on an Apple Mac.
There are no advertisements on the website (that I could see) which is great
The pre-made templates and backgrounds in FotoJet are very pleasing, and there is a generous offering of them. They’re very well-designed.
You can actually make a 3D collage – pretty cool! I haven’t come across this before
