DELIVERY & RETURNS

Please note that these terms supersede any terms which were previously in place. Buying terms: We have made every effort to make buying a product from our site as simple and safe as possible.

Delivery policy:
Any order placed by you on this site, is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for that price (including delivery and other charges) specified on this site at the time you place your order. You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered, unless you ask us to cancel that order prior to the goods being dispatched to you and within 3 working days of placing the order, and we send you a confirmation of the cancellation.

All deliveries will be handled by Australia Post and will be dispatched within 48 hours of a successful transaction, not including public holidays observed in Queensland, Australia. If dispatch will be longer than 48 hours, you will be contacted in and given an expected delivery date.

The following fees apply for the delivery of physical goods (no fees apply for products or event tickets provided electronically):



An addition $5 per DVD set ordered applies to the above fees.


Customer service policy:
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We guarantee the product you purchase from us will reach you in good condition. If it is damaged or faulty in any way upon receipt, or you are not completely satisfied with it for some other reason, please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt along with our Returns Form and provided we also find it to be damaged or fault in some way, we will replace it with the same item or, if the item is no longer in stock, offer you an item of similar value, or credit the full cost of the product.

Shipping and handling expenses are not subject to refund unless the product was damaged, or we shipped you the incorrect product. If the error is ours, we will absorb the costs to send you the correct item. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refund policy: The Creative Collective will accept returns of products, if faulty, with a packing slip, within 14 days of purchase. If you have no packing slip, please return the product with a copy of the order acknowledgement email you received upon placing your order.

For your protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post. Please send all returns to:

The Creative Collective cannot pay for your return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error. All returns will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit to your statement.
