This client came to us just as we like em best - a blank canvas! With no name and not too much direction on design, they left it in our trusty hands to come up with a name, a slogan, a brand and the associated online and offline marketing materials - one our favourite kind of jobs because we get to run through the entire process from start to finish!
We came up with the name 'Headstart Property Finance' (which we thought was pretty 'snazzy'). A new mortgage broking/finance company headed by a young dynamic Sunshine Coast woman, just 22 years of age Headstart needed a modern look given the client's age, and the fact that it is likely she will naturally attract those of a similar age (Gen Ys). However whilst going for something really modern, we didn't want something too modern and young so as to include potential older clients (i.e. right through to Baby Boomers). Shopping By Appointment have been established in the market place for some time but in the process of developing a website, the discussion of a re-brand was aired when we sensed the client was not 100% happy with her existing branding.
With a wide service offering including an online store (in production), shopping parties, wardrobe consults, fashion events and more, the brand needed to embody the various offerings, whilst being modern and appealing to it's target market - women who love fashion that suits their individual style.
