You are now part of an exciting and rapidly growing company with BIG plans for the future.

How big a part you play in shaping our future and the expansion of our business really depends on you, but we guarantee we will provide you with as much training, resources and support as we can to give you every chance at succeeding and that we will listen to and appreciate your input into the process.

You should have received a a contract which we ask that all contractors receiving regular paid work from us sign and return to us so that we have a legal binding agreement between us.

As you will have read in the contract, the Creative Collective rewards its employees for successfully bringing business to the company with generous commissions. See current opportunities to do this here.

AND we will also try to supply you with regular work, particularly those clients who you have secured and/or who show a natural fit with the skills and expertise you bring to the floor and/or any interests you show in their chosen industry/products/service etc.

To ensure you are all set to go, please find attached a series of forms which will we hope will be helpful to you as you liaise with us.

Please go through the check list below and ensure that you have been supplied with everything indicated, and alert us if anything is missing.

CHECKLIST

• Creative Contractor Profile – please fill this form in so we can gain more information on who you are and where your real skills, passion and experience lies so we can aim to match projects that will suit you. We will also use this information to promote you to our clients on our website and in general discussions to our clients.

• Invoice template – to ensure we receive all details required to process your invoices, please either use the invoice template provided above, or ensure your current invoice layout incorporates all items within (i.e. abn number, breakdown of clients and project details, hours performed, whether you are registered for GST etc). You are quite welcome to modify this template to be more attractive on the eye (which you may well be compelled to do being a creative person).

• New Client Referral – As discussed and as per the terms set out in ‘Creative Collective Contractor Agreement' the Creative Collective has a rewards program for successfully bringing business to the company.

If you wish to refer business to us, please use this form to track your involvement so that we can honour your reward.

This may prove to be an additional revenue stream to your business and also provide a way to expand your current service offering available to clients.

Please note this commission is payable on completion of the project, and receipt of the clients payment. Should the client for any reason not pay or not be 100% satisfied with the service provided to them by the company, you may not be eligible to this commission fee. There is no obligation to continue to pay commissions if the client continues to contract The Creative Collective for further service into the future.
