The process for ordering business cards through the Creative Collective is as easy as 1-2-3.

2 Artwork

 

Two simple options:

2.  We create the artwork for you

 

Artwork prepared to spec or final sign off in writing (via email is fine) is necessary before 5 working day turnaround time starts.

 

 

 

3. Send it!

 

Send your artwork with our online order form* ready for printing to:

If a problem occurs with receipt of your file we can contact you immediately.

NOTE: When transmitting files over the internet please use either PDF, winzip or stuffit to compress your files and reduce the chance of corruption.

To ensure your cards are delivered on time and printed correctly we would appreciate you using our order form, or at least including all of this information on your own order.

 

 

PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

SPECIFICATIONS

1. 2mm bleed outside trim edge Borders, logos, text and Important information 3mm inside trim edge
2. Document sized to finished card size (including bleed) OR crop marks added
3. Fonts are embedded or outlined Only CMYK is used. All scans are correct size and resolution

4. Saved as a PDF

 

For business cards please be aware that we print your files without sending you a proof, so double check the files you send us! When you would like to go ahead with an order, it is necessary for you to provide us with press-ready digital artwork.Please note that we print the file supplied by you. Any inaccuracies in the supplied artwork are your responsibilty. It is impossible to rely on colours displayed on monitors or by desktop printers, so please use a CMYK colour chart to check how your finished work will look.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

It is our policy for payments (if not bought in conjunction with other services/products we offer) to take place upon order. We do not provide monthly accounts. We take cheques, cash and direct deposits.

When making the deposit please include your invoice number or in the least client name in the description field.


TURNAROUND

 

Your cards generally take 5 working days from time of artwork sign off and pre press completion until they are delivered to your specified delivery address.

 

DELIVERY

 

  1. Please use a street address where the item can be signed for
  2. Please double check your delivery address before filling in the form below
  3. All Business Class products include overnight delivery Australia wide (except the NT, which may take an additional day).
  4. Economy Class products include road freight, delivery time will vary according to your location. All orders will be returned to you unless otherwise advised. There is a small additional charge when we send your job to an address that is different to your billing address.
