Setup Process

  • We will research your website and your market to determine the best performing keywords
  • We will submit these recommended keywords to you for approval
  • We will develop campaigns, adwords and ad text based on your approved keywords
  • We will optimise the selected web pages that match the approved keywords (this may be influenced by your current marketing/special promotions - so please inform us of any marketing plans!)
  • We will recommend a daily budget and keyword bid amounts
  • We will provide you with your unique login to pay for monthly budget bid amounts
  • Once set-up fee and first month's management fee has been paid, your campaign will go live

 

Management Process

  • Monthly reports to monitor progress
  • Weekly monitoring of keywords and site performance. Results will be illustrated in the monthly report
  • Adjustment of keywords, bid amounts and positioning as needed, based on campaign results

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Set-up and monthly fees are non refundable
  • Monthly fees must be paid one month in advance
  • Non-payment of fees will result in campaign suspension/deletion
  • Once your campaign(s) are live, additional campaign requests outside of the package inclusions will be charged at the published rate or on an hourly basis as agreed at the time
  • One month cancellation notice required
