We have assisted many companies to establish on various social networks (the correct way) through our wide range of social media services as well as our range of social media training which is conducted both online via webinar as well as at live events which take place at various locations. Here is just a small selection of how we have assisted some very different businesses to succeed on social media.


Brandy Creek Wines & View Café – Gippsland, Victoria
Hinterland Cafe & Winery uses Social Media as a promotional tool for upcoming events and building their database for e-marketing.
Brandy Creek Wines & View Café were looking for a way to visually communicate their mouth-watering food and beverage options, promote special offers, positive reviews and generally connect with their regulars and new potential customers. The Creative Collective designed and integrated a customised look and feel leaving their Facebook page look more like a website than a Facebook page. With training the Creative Collective has provided they regularly monitor their online reputation and post to their page using professional scheduling tools.

One HR – Sunshine Coast, Australia
New start up uses Linkedin to build a large and quality professional network fast!

New HR consultancy One HR had established on Linkedin but had no idea to use it. As a new start up they were looking for a way to grow their professional network of potential strategic alliances as well as clients to get their new business up and running. After attending The Creative Collective’s 4-week series of Linkedin training for 2 hours per week in-person, with laptop in hand, the owner was well equipped to request to connect in a professional and effective manner. In just 4 weeks, he achieved what is referred to in Linkedin as the ‘Magic Number of 500+’ with over 500 quality business connections. How else could you build a professional network so fast?

Seaview Apartments – Sunshine Coast, Australia
Holiday apartments uses Facebook as their guestbook to solicit positive feedback from guests and connect with new potential clients.

Seaview Apartments were looking for a way to connect with new potential visitors and give previous clients a platform to share their holiday experience. The Creative Collective assisted them to establish in Facebook, Twitter and xxx and provided training in how to write engaged posts and the power of regularly communicating. They now have an engaged online community which continues to grow and say that Facebook has become their preferred ‘guest book’ to solicit positive feedback. They have also integrated other review sites such as TripAdvisor to highlight any positive reviews they receive. The words speak for themselves.

Mortgage Choice Australia - Sydney, Australia
National company uses a video competition on Facebook to showcase their TVC and build their database.

This national company was looking for a way to get their professional produced TVC (TV commercial) in front of a captive audience. Knowing TV is an expensive channel and can be a little ‘hit and miss’ they turned to The Creative Collective to come up with a dedicated Facebook page in line with their strict brand guide which would feature their TVC, and require visitors to the page to watch the video and then answer questions about the video as part of an online competition which combined video + Facebook.

Solopreneur learns social media from scratch to the point where he can train others!
