Previously our Training Division, we now have a sister company in the form of The Training Collective who offer a wide range of online and offline training across Australia and New Zealand on topics relating to online success. This organisation also boasts an impressive client list. Sometimes clients start with The Creative Collective, and later require training. The choice is entirely you to you, and largely depends how much time, skills and inclination you have yourself, or within your team, to do the job at hand. We are flexible in our approach, and can work on a consultancy, project or collaborative basis.
We are active members of the business community, regularly donating our services on a pro bono basis or in a mentoring capacity to causes we care about.
We are big supporters of Start Up Weekends, regularly providing PR, marketing, event planning, social media and mentoring services to these powerful weekend events and the Teens Take Control program.
We actively support the Sunshine Coast's Silicon Coast group which emerged as a local group for startups, entrepreneurs, marketeres, developers, creatives etc post Startup Weekend Sunshine Coast.
Our director is on the Knowledge & Service Industries Taskforce for Sunshine Coast Council, the Australian Institute of Company Directors Sunshine Coast Committee and is one of the 'expert panel' advising on the AICD's Directing Growth Program.
We regularly accept students for work experience and internships.

The Creative Collective has been recognised in numerous local, regional and national business awards programs including winning the Creative & Knowledge Base Industries category at the Sunshine Coast Business Awards in 2012 and 2010; the Employer of Choice Award at the Women in Technology Awards in 2012 and the founder Yvette Adams winning the ICT Woman of the Year Award at the industry’s iAwards in 2013, the Entrepreneurial Award at the Women in Technology Awards in 2012, the Commonwealth Business Owner of the Year at the Telstra Business Women’s Awards in 2010 (Queensland) against a field of 4200 applicants and being recognized as a finalist in the Asian Entrepreneur category of the Stevie Awards for Women in Business (http://www.stevieawards.com

She now promotes this awards program, which also includes the International Business Awards, the Sales & Customer Service Awards and the American Business Awards in the Australia and New Zealand regions. We have recently commenced entering business awards for our work, and are finalists in the 2014 Australia & NZ Internet Awards and are also a finalist in the 2014 Queensland Multimedia Awards
